1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tukda, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Tukda is a subscription coordination platform that helps groups manage shared recurring payments via UPI AutoPay mandates. Tukda is not a payment gateway, bank, wallet, or financial institution.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must not use Tukda for illegal purposes or to facilitate unauthorized payment collection.
4. Payment Terms
Each user independently authorizes their own recurring payment mandates. Tukda does not deduct funds without explicit user authorization. Tukda is not responsible for failed payments due to insufficient balance or bank-side issues.
5. Consent and AutoPay Mandates
By setting up an AutoPay mandate through Tukda, you authorize the specified recurring contribution. You may cancel your mandate at any time through the app or your bank's UPI platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tukda and Explore Verge are not liable for losses arising from failed payments, subscription lapses, or third-party payment processor errors. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Tukda services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
